With every passing year, accidents in India are on an increase. India is a developing nation and majority of its population falls in the middle and lower income group. Buying a vehicle is nothing less than a luxury. We have always come across road tiffs which even sane people pick while travelling. People often tend to pick fights for trivial reasons where even mistakenly their vehicle rams into other person’s vehicle. But is that luxury worth a fight or someone’s life? Advertisements/Campaigns often spread awareness about wearing of a helmet while riding a bike/scooter and putting on a seatbelt while driving a car. We talk about ‘No Honking’. However, we have not come across any person or rather Government campaigns or advertisement which talks about such issues. Its often while travelling that we experience some insensitive behaviour from other fellow travellers.
